Phone Number Change

First, we'd like to make sure that everyone knows that as of June 13th we will be switching our phone number from 814-882-4879 to 814-434-8801. Currently both numbers work, but after the 13th 814-882-4879 will not.

The Nonidet P40 was in our database all along, but it is now easily found on the products page. This has been a very popular item offering for us. This product is a surfactant and its MSDS is available online while purchasing.

New Supplier Account

We have also received an account with Sigma-Aldrich for purchasing specialty organics that are not found on our site. If you need an item from their site and don't have an account with them just send us an inquiry and we'll get it for you (corporate customers only).

New Data!

We did some investigating and discovered that Alexa Websearch, powered by Google, has our website ranked at 596,600 (1 being the highest ranked site). We beat some sites similar to ours significantly. For example,

This is significant since Alexa demonstrates that we have a great deal of exposure in comparison to many other sites. There could be many reasons for this such as the requirement for registration by many companies' sites. We do not want to hinder our visitors with this requirement as we understand your time is precious if you're just looking for something for pricing or product comparison.

Also, customers frequently ask why our site does not total shipping cost with product cost when checking out. The software running our shopping cart does not provide the utility for multiple dropship points. Since we have several suppliers from various regions in the country and world, we cannot provide a shipping total using the software when a customer checks out. HOWEVER, we can get a quote to you if you need one before making a purchase.

1. The new site has been designed to make product searching faster and more efficient while maintaining an aestheticly pleasing look. The site is also sized to fit on all monitor resolutions (the old site required viewers with lower resolutions to scroll left and right to view entire pages). 2. Our database has been slimmed down to make your product searches faster and more efficient. If you require a product and cannot find it in our database, it does not mean we cannot provide it to you. Just send us an email by filling out our form by clicking the "Contact Us" at the top of this page and we'd be glad to quote you a price.

3. ChemAssociates now accepts Discover credit cards and has added a "check" payment option to pay by check or money order when finalizing your order.

4. We have also been working with a new supplier for bulk chemicals. If your company is interested in receiving quotes for bulk chemical products, feel free to send us an email, fax, or give us a call.

5. Join our mailing list for occasional updates about our new products and features. We are excited to bring you news, but will not bombard your email address with useless messages. We dislike spam as much as you do! Updates usually come out once a month or so.
